What are the benefits of Personal Training
Personal training offers a range of benefits that can help you achieve your fitness goals more effectively. For all clients, you will have access to personalized workouts, tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain or improved endurance, I will make sure you are performing exercises that deliver the results you are looking for.
Personal training also allows me to focus on proper form & injury prevention by paying close attention that you perform all exercises correctly, reducing the risk of injury and maximizing results.
As your Personal Trainer, I will also help you with accountability & motivation. Having a scheduled session will keep you committed and motivated to stay consistent with your workouts. I will greet you for each session with a smile and a positive attitude.
Finally, as I am also certified as both a Nutrition Coach and Wellness coach, I will be able to offer Nutrition and overall Wellness coaching to ensure you don’t undermine your work in the gym with your other lifestyle choices.
What age groups do you work with?
I work with individuals across a broad range of ages, from young teenage athletes striving to enhance their performance, to middle-aged adults looking to stay active and strong, all the way to seniors focused on maintaining mobility and overall health. No matter the age or fitness level, I will tailor the workout to meet each individual’s unique goals, abilities and physical needs.
What should I prepare before we start?
Before your first session, I’ll have you complete an intake process that includes a few short questionnaires, which you can fill out remotely at your convenience. These help me understand your goals, fitness background, relevant health history and any considerations for training. Once you’ve submitted those, we’ll meet to go over the results, discuss scheduling and answer any questions you might have. This ensures we start with a clear plan tailored to you. Let me know if you need anything before then.
What is your availability for training?
I’m happy to work with you to find a training schedule that fits your availability and preferences. For both small group training sessions (up to 3 people) and individual Personal Training sessions, I can offer flexibility based on your needs. My goal is to make sure we create a plan that works for you!
Is there parking at the studio?
You can park in the driveway, which is located at 5 Colonial Road or take advantage of additional street parking along Colonial Road. Please be mindful not to block our neighbors’ driveways.
To reach the studio, take the steps down from the driveway to the basement level and I’ll meet you there!
